When we first walked the beltline I thought I would do swirls. But instead, I decided to continue to emphasize the idea surrounding my visual arts work which is the golden ratio and fibonacci sequence. I did some sketches like I said I would of some formations I could do with rocks on the trail. The first sketch I did is a root system, meant to go from one side of the trail to another, which would make it ultra ephemeral because bikers and walkers would quickly make it disappear. But then I thought it would be difficult to do because we would block people using the trail and that could be difficult and dangerous especially if bikers are coming through. So I made a second sketch of a root system that could be done on the side of the road. I thought if you all still want to do something else, me putting some root designs into the beltline could be a pleasant ephemeral precursor. I also do not know if this idea will be successful or not, I tend to have a 50/50 success rate whenever I come up with ideas for work. Please let me know what you all think.
